Who we are

suissenow is a Swiss boutique advisory firm, supporting the activities of foreign investors, multinational companies, entrepreneurs and start-ups in Switzerland.

We are located in the Canton of Schwyz, close to Zurich.

 

We offer our services in English, German and Hungarian. Further languages are available upon request.

Our story

Switzerland has a lot to offer to foreign investors and entrepreneurs. Our goal is to support our clients in benefiting from the advantages of the Swiss business environment.

As a one-stop shop, we provide a number of services ranging from market entry advisory to company formation and administration, from obtaining permits and licenses to tax planning.

Our story started more than 20 years ago, when the predecessor of our company, Glen Coe Corporate Finance was founded. With an initial focus on mergers & acquisition advisory, we successfully supported a number of entrepreneurs in reaching their strategic objectives.

Over 10 years ago, we extended our range of activities with Swiss market entry advisory and related services. Since then, we have successfully supported a number of foreign companies, start-ups and investors in entering the Swiss market.

Either through greenfield company formations or the acquisition of established Swiss companies, we help our clients to enter the Swiss market through making the right decisions.

As a non-EU country, Switzerland requires permits or registrations for many business activities, such as staff lease, the employment of foreign employees in Switzerland, as well as financial and healthcare services.

Compliance

We advise our clients with regard to the compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. We deliver current information about the changes in legislation.

Relocation to Switzerland

We support private persons in obtaining residence permits, buying or renting real estate properties or opening a bank account in Switzerland.

Taxation

We also support our clients in obtaining advance tax rulings.
